We are seeking an experienced and dependable DUTY MANAGER to join our skilled and relaxed team in Rovaniemi, Arctic Circle, for the winter season 2025–2026. The position is fixed-term (October 2025-March 2026) and full-time (112,5h/3 weeks). As a duty manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily hotel operations and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. The work requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

If you want to create memorable experiences for customers and guide your team to succeed, you are the kind of person we are looking for. You are able to react with good judgment, are self-directed and proactive team player who stays focused even when things get busy. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a hotel will be especially beneficial. Our working language is English.

We expect you to have:

• 2-5 years of experience in a hotel supervisory or managerial role
• Skills to use Opera Cloud PMS
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Fluent speaking and writing English skills, additional languages, such as Spanish/German/French/Italian are considered as an advantage
• Driver’s license and own car are a plus (limited availability of public transportation)
