We are looking for a courteous and reliable BELLBOY to join our front office team in Rovaniemi, Arctic Circle, for the winter season 2025–2026. The position is fixed-term (November 2025-March 2026) and full-time (112,5h/3 weeks). As a bellboy, you are responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

If you want to create memorable experiences for customers, you are the kind of person we are looking for. You are able to react with good judgement, are self-directed and proactive team player who stays focused even when things get busy. Previous experience in customer service will be especially beneficial. Our working language is English.

We expect you to have:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the role
• Fluent speaking and writing English skills, additional languages are considered as advantage
• Driver’s license (mandatory), B-type, manual transmission
• Own car is a plus (limited availability of public transportation)
