We are looking for a friendly and professional RECEPTIONIST to join our team in Rovaniemi, Arctic Circle, for night shifts. The position is fixed-term (November 2025-March 2026) and full-time (90h/3 weeks). As a receptionist you are responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operation of the hotel services.

If you want to create memorable experiences for customers, you are the kind of person we are looking for. You are able to react with good judgement, are self-directed and proactive team player who stays focused even when things get busy. Previous experience in a similar role will be especially beneficial. Our working language is English.

We expect you to have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk role
• Skills in Opera Cloud PMS (as an advantage)
• Alcohol passport
• Fluent speaking and writing English skills, additional languages, such as Spanish/German/French/Italian
• Valid driver’s license (as an advantage), B-type, especially manual transmission
• Own car is a plus (limited availability of public transportation)
