We are looking for a courteous and reliable HOTEL PORTER to join our skilled and relaxed front office team in Rovaniemi, Arctic Circle, for the winter season 2026-2027. The position is fixed-term (November 2026-March 2027) and full-time (112,5h/3 weeks). As a hotel porter, you are responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms if needed, providing information about hotel facilities and Santa Claus Village, and supporting the Front Office with daily operations.

If you want to create memorable experiences for customers, you are the kind of person we are looking for. You use good judgement and are a self-directed team player who can carry responsibility and stay calm even when things get busy. In your work, you also foster a positive mindset and interact with others in a warm and caring manner. Previous experience in customer service makes you well prepared for this role. Having a driver's license is mandatory in this role. Our working language is English.

We expect you to have:

• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the role

• Customer service mindset and flexibility

• Good teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently

• Fluent speaking and writing skills in English, other languages are a plus

• Driver’s license (mandatory), B-type, manual transmission

• Your own car is a plus (limited availability of public transportation)
